Terms of Service

The Service

Taglert monitors the tracking health of advertising and analytics accounts you connect — including Meta pixels and Conversions API event quality, Google Ads conversion tracking, and Google Analytics (GA4) data freshness — and notifies you when it detects issues.

Accounts and eligibility

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to use the Service.

Connecting third-party accounts

When you connect a Meta, Google Ads, or GA4 account, you represent that you are authorized to access and monitor that account. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms. You may disconnect any account at any time.

Trials, plans, and billing

• New accounts include a 7-day free trial with no credit card required.
• Paid plans (Solo and Agency, billed monthly or annually) are processed through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from the billing page; access continues through the end of the current paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Prices may change with notice; changes apply to future periods.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access accounts or data that aren’t yours, disrupting the Service, or using it to violate any law or third-party rights.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” While we work to detect tracking issues promptly, we do not guarantee that every issue will be detected or reported, or that monitoring will be uninterrupted or error-free. Taglert is a monitoring aid and not a substitute for your own verification of tracking setup.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taglert is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data, revenue, or advertising spend arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
